Sometimes it is hard to know what it feels like when your hormones are 'out of balance', because you have been that way for so long it has become your 'normal'.

Symptoms such as painful periods, PMS, hair loss, weight gain, low energy, headaches, acne, etc... are NOT normal.

Somewhere along the way 'common' became synonymous with 'normal'.
