Have you ever unbuttoned your pants when you sit? Then you forget that they're unbuttoned and you go into a store only to realize, much later, that you're undone!! I have!! I always used to unbutton my pants to make my muffin top a little bit more comfortable.

I could never figure out how to get rid of that extra fat around my mid-section. I counted calories and exercised daily, but nothing would give. Now I know WHY this stubborn belly fat rears it's little head, and I want to share this information with you!

The presence of stubborn belly fat around the mid-section is the result of 3 things:

  1. Blood sugar imbalances

  2. Irregulated estrogen

  3. Stress

All 3 of these things are connected.

  1. Blood sugar (glucose) spikes insulin, which leads to fat storage in the mid-section. This happens when there is too much glucose for the body to use.

  2. Irregulated estrogen can slow down the metabolism and lead to excess fat storage in the mid-section.

  3. Stress is managed by the hormone cortisol, which stimulates glucose production, triggering fat storage.

Now you're probably thinking... all that's nice to know, Amy, but what I really need to know is HOW TO GET RID OF IT!! I hear you ! The thing is, there isn't a magic pill that will zap unwanted belly fat... BUT, there are specific strategies, foods and supplements that will! I share the exact steps to ZAP BELLY FAT in my online course, Hormone Bliss! Get more information on Hormone Bliss here.
