Would you be relieved if I told you that there doesn't have to be any weird rules around coffee?
In reality, you don't have to cut coffee out to be healthy.
You don't have to start drinking decaf
You don't have to take your coffee black (if you don’t want to)
You don't have to drink coffee alternatives
What if I told you that you can drink your coffee, the way you like it, without disrupting your hormones and skin.
It’s possible. Let me explain.
Coffee is FULL of powerful nutrients that are beneficial for your body.
It is packed with niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), riboflavin (B12), magnesium, potassium and manganese.
It also has the ability to eliminate heavy metals from your system, like mercury and lead.
Research has even found that coffee can make you happier.

Now that we have discussed the benefits, let’s discuss how to optimize your coffee habit to support your metabolism, hormones and skin.
Don't drink coffee on an empty stomach. Caffeine can spike cortisol levels if you don’t have any fuel in the fire, so to speak.
If you feel jittery after drinking coffee, but you love it and don’t want to give it up (this was me), here's what you should do...
Add a dash of sugar: no fake sugar! Try honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
Add a healthy fat: I would say cream, but if you have acne you probably can’t tolerate dairy at the moment. Instead try coconut cream, or coconut milk from a can
Sprinkle in some collagen peptides (optional)
Add a dash of cinnamon to help stabilize your blood sugar
And watch the jitters go away
Be aware that some decaffeinated coffee uses synthetic chemical solvents to extract the caffeine. If you are going to buy decaf coffee look for a label that says Swiss Water Process.
Grind coffee immediately before brewing to minimize oxidation and MAXIMIZE antioxidant content.

To avoid nasty herbicides, pesticides, insecticides and chemical fertilizers, purchase organic when possible
Don't buy coffee flavored with synthetic flavoring oils (read the package)
Don’t go overboard- too much coffee can trigger a stress response and destabilize blood sugar. Enjoy a cup or two in the morning and then call it a day
👉 If after implementing these tips you are still experiencing the coffee jitters, it might be a sign that...
a) your metabolism isn't working optimally
b) you are a slow metabolizer of caffeine, which can be genetic.
In this case, you most likely need to optimize your metabolism and heal your gut before your body can tolerate coffee.
If after all that you still get the jitters, you can try a coffee alternative like Roasted Dandelion Root Tea or Rasa Herbal Coffee Alternative 👉
