Spearmint (I like this one). Decreases androgens, namely free testosterone, that can lead to excess sebum production and acne. Acne peeps, this tea should be your BFF!

Each of these teas will support you on your skin clear journey by eliminating acne triggers. It is so important to have good gut health, optimized detoxification, low levels of inflammation, balanced blood sugar, positive thoughts and a good skin care routine to achieve acne free skin.
I drink dandelion root tea each morning because it tastes similar to coffee, the key word here is SIMILAR 😉. Sometimes I switch the a.m.'s up and will have green tea or match instead.
I usually have spearmint tea mid-morning, as it gives me energy. Mid-afternoon I tend to have turmeric, nettle leaf or tulsi (aka Holy Basil), and then finish the day with ginger or chamomile.
