What you will need to make Natural Tick Repellent
Ingredients:
2. Filtered Water
3. Witch Hazel
You will also need:
2. Tablespoon or shot glass for measuring
3. Funnel
Steps:
1. Pour 1.5 ounces (or 3 Tablespoons) of filtered water in your glass jar using funnel
2. Pour 1.5 ounces or 3 Tablespoons) of witch hazel in your glass jar using funnel
3. Drop in 20-25 drops of geranium essential oil
This is so simple to make and works so well. We live in a very wooded are in North Carolina where we hike, climb, paddleboard, mountain bike and haven't seen a tick yet. Before we started using the repellent we did have some problems with ticks. I haven't had any problems with staining when spaying this on my clothing, but to be safe, you should test an area on your clothing before spraying.
