Treat Hyperpigmentation With This

As if acne isn’t bad enough, it often leaves discoloration of the skin. This is referred to as hyperpigmentation. Hyperpigmentation can occur from sun exposure, hormonal influences, age, skin injuries (acne), and/or inflammation.

Treating acne from within by balancing your hormones should always be your first step. If you’re interested in learning more about how to do this, click here to watch my free hormone training. It will teach you the exact steps you need to take to feel & look your absolute best!

Now onto what to do topically for hyperpigmentation.

The most important thing is that you don’t start treating hyperpigmentation BEFORE your acne is gone.

Why?

Because hyperpigmentation products and acne clearing products are different. You want to use hyperpigmentation products after your skin is clear, or almost clear. You can apply the product around active breakouts if you only have a few!

Here is the Vitamin C product I have found to be the most effective:

  • Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum. This serum is packed with antioxidants to help the vitamin C to do its thang! You can find it here.

If you’re reading this wondering, “What products do you recommend for active acne?”, then you’re in luck because I made an Acne Skin Care Guide just for you!!

This guide will give you the exact steps to take to heal your moisture barrier to clear your skin.

Many women are doing too much when it comes to skincare, and it’s doing more harm than good. This guide gives you the exact steps you need, with product recommendations for every skin type… and every budget. Get more info here!

Lastly, I want to remind you that the skin is a double-sided organ, and it needs to be treated from the inside and the outside to heal long-term. If you would like more information on exactly what to do to heal your skin internally, sign-up for a time to join me inside of my free hormone balancing training here.

*If the training isn't running the week you are reading this, you will be directed to a waiting list, and you will be notified when the training is running again!

Happy skin care-ing, and happy healing!
